From my beginnings as a culinary home economist and food stylist to my current roles as a cookbook author, food judge, food consultant, food demonstrator, product developer, and menu planner for preschool and daycare, my journey has been rich in flavour and inspiration!
A Taste of My Journey
Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, I spent a vibrant decade in Melbourne, Australia’s Food Capital, where I deepened my culinary expertise. My diverse heritage, which encompasses German, English, and Irish has enriched my culinary perspective.
Throughout the years, my travels have taken me to remarkable destinations such as the Aeolian Islands, Italy, Europe, Canada, Singapore, Bali, New Zealand, and various stunning locations across Australia. I have collaborated with leading brands and worked across multiple sectors—including food service, food media, and food manufacturing—where I successfully led cross-functional teams to execute projects that align business objectives with the genuine needs of consumers.
